The remainder is timbered with spotted gum, grey gum & iron bark with current Native vegetation plan / clearing consent. The numerous forest tracks & trails are used by the current owners for trail bike riding within close proximity to the Avon State forest trails. Surrounded by farming land to the South of Gloucester, this is a unique pocket of secluded forest habitat.
